Tsar Bomba - Supra

Ah ... humanity at its most insane. Named after the most powerful nuclear bomb (Tsar Bomba) ever detonated in 1961 by the Soviets, it has a yield of about 50 megatons or about 3000 times the bomb dropped on Hiroshima. The fireball reached 10 km into the air while the mushroom cloud rose to 64 km (halfway into space). The heat from the blast can inflict third degree burns over 100 km away, and the blast shock wave circled the world three times. The scary thing is this is only a downgraded version. The real thing is twice as powerful and was never tested partially because the Soviets couldn't find a big enough test site. The mushroom cloud itself with its very 'symmetric' shape is based on the 0.21 megaton Truckee detonated by the US.

There's also the silhouette of the bomber responsible for dropping the bomb. Loosely based on the XB-70 Valkyrie Mach 3 bomber, it is one of the few aircrafts in the world that takes advantage of compression lift by using downward-deflecting wing tips. Basically it allows the bomber to surf on its own shockwave at high Mach.
